Below you’ll find everything you need to manage your account, place orders, and understand our shipping and return policies.
How do I get started?
Simply visit store.lqa.com to register for an account. Once you’re logged in, your “My Account” dashboard gives you a one-stop view of your orders, addresses, quote history, and tax-exempt status.
What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry! Click the “Lost Your Password” link on the My Account login page, and we will help you reset it immediately.
How do I apply for tax-exempt status?
You can request tax exemption directly through your dashboard. You will need to provide your Tax Number, specify the exemption type, and upload a valid certificate. Our team will review your request and notify you via email.
Note: If you have an active quote, please generate a new one after your tax-exempt status is approved to see the updated pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards and Purchase Orders. While standard terms are upfront and in full, additional terms may be available subject to credit approval.
Can I create a quote online?
Yes! Just add your desired products to your cart and select “Create Quote” during checkout. This generates a PDF quote valid for 30 days.
How do I turn my quote into an official order?
When you’re ready to buy, simply click the “Pay Now” link inside your quote PDF or find the link within your My Account dashboard.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Please reach out to us using the form below. Provide your order number and our team will send a copy to the email address we have on record for you.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship FOB Origin. Please note that we only ship to established commercial addresses; we cannot deliver to residential locations.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your order heads out the door, we will email your shipping tracking number to the account email address on file.
Do you ship internationally?
While we are happy to sell to customers outside of the US and Canada, we do not ship to international destinations. For international orders, we can ship to a destination within the US, or you may arrange for a pickup from our facility in The Woodlands, TX.
How do international orders work?
Shipping Terms: We international orders operate under Ex Works (EXW) terms. This means the buyer assumes all costs, risks, and responsibilities for loading, export clearance, and transportation.
International Sales Terms: All international sales are offered As-Is, as we do not currently have technical support, installation, training, or extended warranties available outside the US.
Requirements: We must know the end user and address. Full payment is required prior to shipment.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided you have prior written permission and an RMA number from our team. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Refurbished Instruments: Full refunds are available if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Manufacturer Consumables: Cancellations are subject to the specific manufacturer’s cancellation fees.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Refurbished Instruments: These come with a 90-day standard warranty from delivery (onsite parts and labor). Refurbished systems that are ordered with QA’s installation services have their warranty extended to 6 months from install date (onsite parts and labor).
Consumables: Frontier consumable parts are warranted only against unused parts and defects that are identified at the time of delivery. However, the warranty is valid only when such defects are notified to Quantum Analytics within three months from the date of shipment.
Used/As-Is: Used items carry a 30-day warranty; “As-Is” items are sold without a warranty.
