The Agilent 7697A GC headspace sampler utilizes a valve-and-loop mechanism with integrated Electronic Pneumatics Control (EPC), built on the same architecture as the 7890 GC and 7693A ALS. This unit is the high-capacity 111-vial tray version, which supports 10 mL, 20 mL, and 22 mL vials without the need for adapters. Operational flexibility is provided through several extraction modes, including standard single extraction and Multiple Headspace Extraction (MHE), which performs up to 100 extractions per vial for complex matrices.
